The increasingly harsh conditions that our mwd tools must endure in today’s drilling environment are incredibly difficult. With the trend towards faster ROP’s and longer laterals, all downhole equipment takes a serious beating. We are continually working to make our tools even more reliable, but there will inevitably come a time when one of your gamma sensors will need to be returned for service. Whether as part of your repair and maintenance schedule or to address a specific tool issue our technicians are ready to quickly return your tool to like-new condition and get it back into the field.

Every tool that is returned for repair is subjected to intense laboratory testing including temperature and temperature/vibration. Once a tool has passed all our qualification tests, it is re-calibrated and returned along with complete documentation. No repair is performed without the customers approval.
